Northern Monk

A couple of months into my role at Northern Monk, I was really struggling to have any consistent and reliable collection/deliveries from our existing provider. After a brief chat with Expect, it was clear that I had to get our haulier changed and move to Expect.

Over the past couple of years Expect have continually delivered exceptional service on our day-to-day stock flow and have gone above and beyond in helping with those exceptional loads that require greater touchpoints to help arrange. As we have grown our business, Expect have become a crucial partner in supporting this growth as we now utilise some of their storage capacity as well as their haulage service. I would personally like to thank Rachel, as I have worked with her directly during this time, and she has been an absolute stand-out person to deal with from the Expect team – always incredibly chatty and willing to help in any way possible.
